Art. 1 - The Literary Group Àcàrya of Como announces publicly the third biennial edition of the poetry competition to free topic Literary Group Àcàrya, 
that it is articulated in the following sections:
a) poetry in Italian language, classified to under the 35;
b)    HAIKU (5-7-5)   classified   to   under 35;
c) poetry in vernacolo classified to under the 35
d) Poetry for the future poetry in classified language or dialetto to the elementary schools and

Art. 2 - Relative indications to the several sections:
a) to send a maximum of 3 composition dattiloscritte to free topic, than does not exceed the 40 backs. 
b) to send to maximum 3 haiku dattiloscritti. The participation to this section is independent from that of the section poetry. It will come rewarded haiku (the poetica form orients them) that the appropriate giuria will think more faithful to structure (5-7-5) and thematic (the spirit, nature) of the haiku orients them. The topic of the compositions is free.
c) the poetries in vernacolo need of the literal translation in language with the used indication of the dialetto. 
d) for the section poetry of the future one as participation module enough the name of the sole and taught that it has held the laboratory and of the annexed class the participant with the name of alunni.vedi the special module schools
e) the secretariat reservoir of cestinare the works lacking in the data demands.

Art. 3 - Every author must send 6 copies for every poetry (1 signed and with complete address) the haiku can be sent on an only sheet. United the works the module of participation, releasable must reach from the www.morewebsitetraffic.ca site. The contenders will have to certify on the participation module that how much envoy is of own marked creation that never has not been published neither rewarded or in other competitions.

Art. 4 - The composition of the giuria will be communicated to the action of the premiazione
The prizes in bonds for spendibili books in some bookcases of Como the same day of the premiazione (marked later on) and thus will be assigned:
1° prize poetry (or in language that in vernacolo) good from € 200,00 
2° prize poetry (or in language ch and vernacolo) good from € 150,00 
3° prize poetry (or in language ch and vernacolo) good from € 100,00 
prize special 1°, 2° and 3° classified haiku will be communicated later on
Special prize of the giuria in books of poetry to the better poetry comasca
Poetry for the assigned future to three classes of the elementary schools of the province of Como, that they will send the better group than poetries composed from the same pupils, in collaboration with the taught ones will be moreover a Special Prize in poetry books on the topic

Art. 5 - The rewarded ones will have to take part personally to the premiazione ceremony, or to be replaced from a delegate, whose name must be indicated to the secretariat through letter or email. The lacked observance this article prejudices the allocation of the prize.

Art. 6 - The premiazione ceremony will be carried out to Como, in date
 10 saturdays October 2009.  For eventual ulterior information to address to address email acarya@infinito.it, or to o near the Large center of way 21, in the premises of the Circoscrizione 6, all the fridays evening from the 21.15.

Art. 7 - Informative according to of law 675/96 on Tutela of the personal data. The treatment of the data, of which we guarantee the maximum confidentiality, is carried out exclusively to the inherent aims the competition which it is participated and the Literary Group Àcàrya. The data of the participants will not come communicated or diffuse to thirds party to any title it that they will be able free of charge to demand the cancellation or the modification writing to Literary Group Àcàrya - Post office box them 117, 22100 Como or to address email acarya@infinito.it.
